Exceptional and fantastic location in Banya, very close to all restaurants, the gondola and Bansko ski lift. Stylish double room with views of garden.

Heated swimming pool and great and lovely location really close to Bansko gondola for skiing, Pirin mountains and all restaurants. Spacious units with a brilliant view over garden.

The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was big and modest with fantastic terrace. The food was delicious and the location was exceptional.

Fairly clean property with very friendly and really polite staff on our request. Location short walk to the nearby forest, and Rila. Also, to the gondola in Bansko.

The venue was fairly clean and nice size. The breakfasts were varied and great with home made goodies from local farm and a vast options to choose from, as example and the staff were very-very nice, did not rush us. The location was marvellous and stunning, adjacent to Hot Springs' very own farm, Banya / Bansko, and the gondola. Furthermore, it was relatively close to Water attraction.

Fabulous food, exceptional service and nice view of the mountains. Fairly friendly and well experienced staff interactions. Extremely comfy bed in the executive king room, plus central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment. Fairly clean bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Amazing location to the Food everything, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Banya centre. Situated only 1 km from Water attraction.

The place was fairly clean and fully equipped, it had really helpful and accommodating staff on our request. The location in the "child free " area was stunning and excellent for us. We both greatly enjoyed the food, it was great and had plenty of options.

We expected there would be parking lot, but didn't find it.

Marvellous and quiet setting, very close to a getaway that includes scrumptious meals and complete care for the mind, body, and soul, the gondola and alley. Big size units and really good staff on our request.

The restaurant here was very pleasant for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The views of the mountain were great, liked it.

Parking lot was missed, we were a little disappointed.

The pool is amazing - the water is very warm and you can go from the inside to the outside through an underwater passage. The towels for the spa facility are clean and soft. I enjoyed my stay.

had really really nice stay even at the night and early morning, the staff were superfriendly, location was stunning far away from the ski area. location: the hotel was so close to the gondola, mountains, and the spa restaurant.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The spa center is immaculate and the staff is friendly. The indoor and outdoor pools are relaxing. Good food options available in the restaurant. Recommended for a comfortable stay.

The hotel of choice in Banya. Top-class hip new property with competent and well-trained staff on our request. The double room with forest view, coffee and steam bath. Perfect location in a very nice area near to the restaurant, overcrowded, the beautiful Pirin and Rila mountains and an Oriental market.
